I have LIC HFL home loan since Feb2008 . My Rate of interest was immediately increased from next quarter. LIC HFL do not provide any online visibility to customer as they do not have any online system ;-(
To do any prepayment you have to visit branch every time between odd hours in queue.
They will take 7 days to make cheque credited for prepayment. Rate of interest is changed without informing customer & do not receive any letter /call for the same. I asked them to change my home address & wrote application 2 times, but nobody bothered.
Then escalated, on 3 rd time they put wrong address. I have transferred my home loan to HSBC & has wife loan account to Bank of Baroda & really feel that I transferred loan account from OLD & traditional banking to MODERN, efficient & customer oriented banking. LICHFL really is pathetic.
