However, LG is a big name in the Indian market and most of the people prefer to buy this product because of its name and brand. I have an LG washing machine at my home. The result of this product is not up to the mark. I can say this, not a durable product. Since my purchase, we have repaired it many times but still not functioning perfectly. From time to time it demands service and repair while this is not a very old product. Service and support are OK but most of the things are not covered under the warranty given by the company. My experience has proved bad after buying this product.
