I purchased this split AC and found that the swing is less than 10 degrees. Normally if you want the AC to blow the cold air above ur head. you just cannot unless you move the blades manually.
They give a sideways and updown swing option, only updown one works in that and that too which is of no use.
I called up the service guys and they plainly replied that this is how it is made to. They should show operational models in showroom so that people can see the performance and they purchase it.
I was fooled by this LG product. It has only one blade for the air and it opens up and you feel that rather than an AC, there is a raw machine which is on ur wall and giving cold breeze.
The outer look is very simple, which is why I chose this model, but looks like for LG a simple model is a basic model.
I have most of my appliances from LG and now will discontinue with this.Avoid LG ACs guys. it is a waste of money against a brand name.
