I have purchased a LG LCD TV full HD model on 1st May 2010 at Bhubaneshwar. I was located at Barbil and service was available only on Saturday / friday in a week. My TVs picture went off on 3rd April 2011. After lodging complaint the service person came ofter few days and informed he had to order for some parts. I kept on following up in vain.
I relocated to Hyderabad and lodged a fresh complaint on 25/04/2011. With great reluctance the service person arrived and informed he had to get the part. Again same story. It will come today / tomorrow same evasive reply. I tried to call the seniors. No use. People behave differently while selling and after selling.
Update as on 14-05-11. I have called everybody possible. My TV is still not repaired. Life is not at all good with LG.
