Lenskart is an e commerce site which sell spectacles. Lenskart is froastating his customers by sending lots of sms and emails. It disturb the customers by sending sms and emails because of this lot of people do not like the site.
Lenskart sends offers for buying spectacles but it also add condition with it which makes people to feel that this site is making fool.
The price of the spectacles is also very high. They wanted to take the price of their offer along with the condition they put of buying one or two more spectacles.
The quality of the glasses is also not very good.
Because of all these things people does not buy glasses from this site and prefer to buy from other sources.
The sevice of the lenskart is also not good they say they have return policy of 14 days. But when customer want to return they force them to exchange it some other things.
