Really disappointed. One of the credit card execute called me and talked about the credit card is free. And saying that "No entry fee charges will be applied over the card". "No annual charges will be applied". That was fake. I brought the card, and later on few days, the 2500 entry fee was debited in my account. Its totally wrong. They do not clarify the details before purchasing the card.
I am in frustration and worried about the usages of the card about any further hidden charges. I am not aware about the rates and charges of the card. Its customer service is not good. I have called them again and again for the above matter. Its not get resolved. They didn't understand the customer problem. Ultimately they deducted the amount from my saving account.
