1) average video quqlity some times diatorted.
2) sound is not so good ppand it doesn not support peripheral or surround sound qualities.
3) money value is bad for the product could have been a little less also.
4) service is not sp good for the tv.
5) support takes 2 to 3 days to be available on request.
