I am sharing my experience of purchasing Verified tiles from Kohinoor Ceramics Adugodi , Bangalore .
I went to show room and selected the floor tiles , paid for it and asked to deliver at my residence .
They delivered the tiles of wrong size , almost 5mm less in width and breath .All the tiles were kept in the basement and since it is heavy the worker open the boxes and brought the tiles
to my house two each at a time .
When it was brought at my house , we noticed that the size is wrong and we informed Kohinoor Ceramics .Since we are replacing only few tiles , size was important for us .
The company asked us to return the tiles , that we have done .But they did not give the money back .
After several arguments , we filed a consumer court case against them .Yesterday we got an order from court .
Court asked them to pay the money back with legal changes met .
I want to share my experience with them .
