170626-00906, 170628-07509, 170629-07002 . Series of request for the same matter . old request closed to maintain SLA . customer still left with a broken machine & no service .
I logged a complaint 170628-07509 . this was logged on Monday . my only request was to do the repair after 4 pm . we are a working family & available only after 4 pm .
I got a call from engineer at 1 pm, 12 am, 830 am . I told them all to come after 430 pm . till date no one has turned up .
My request was cancelled twice between today and Monday with out any service or notification. I had to call up customer care and reopen my request.
I tried reaching out engineer provided in SMS( Sandip- 8888348889) . I
The number is either switched off or out of coverage area.
I am having a horrible time getting my RO repaired . I have a family & it is becoming difficult day by day .
Totally disappointed by service offering of Kent . this is the first company which expects customers to take leave & sit at home so that Mr Engineer can come at his time.
