Guys last summer I had bought Kento RO purifier, they are very bad in their service. Their filter does a decent job, and until they sell their filter they will ve nice to you, but their after sales service is worst.
I had bought kent RO for Rs 16000 from Vijay sales and had also got their AMC in which they had assured 3 services, but they gace only 2 services.
And inspite of compalin they did not respond. Worst service, just spent money in TV ads but they should invest more on service.Go for Eureka forbes, their filters are also good and their service is 10 times better than kent
