Bought a Kent Grant RO 1.5 Yrs back in delhi for 12500/-. One yr it ran with minor troubles which was cater by services but then adaptor that connect to motor had issue due to mist getting develop in cabinet. Service is good.Then I took an conditional AMC (1500/-) as guarantee finished. It work fine with low TDS ( >300) but not with places having high TDS (700+).
I would not recommend. During summer when the usage is high , I feel that it creates one issue or other. The problem is for every problem their is replacement of parts not repair of part which is costly.
