Were they tryin to spoof Karz ?. Review on Karzz

The orignal **"Karz"** Starring -** Rishi Kapoor , Tina Munim ,  Simi Garewal**  was a **cult  Classic** , however The **New " Karz "** is as **Chessy **as it Can get !! Seriously what was the Director wondering while **Remaking this Classic!** This movIe is full of **Flaws** right from the Begining to the End ! The movie is handled so badly that it seems to be a **spoof of Karz !

*The Plot** - **Ravi Verma ( Dino Morea) **A rich billionaire Is madly in love with **Kamini ( Urmila Matondkar ) **, They both get Married and within 2 days of thier Marraige Kamini **kills** Ravi To acquire all His property and says that Ravi died in a **Accident** , And she** throws** Ravi's Mother and Sister **out of the house !!

Now , Ravi Verma has a** Re-incarnation** and comes back As a **Rock - Star Singer Monty ( Himesh ) **, Monty meets a Young , Bubbly and Vibrant Girl **Tina ( Shweta Kumar )** , They both fall in love , now monty comes to Face with his past and how he Gets himself **Justice **is the** Basic Plot !!

I wouldnt Reveal much of a plot as there might be some people who havent watched the orignal Karz !

*The Verdict** - Karz is a **out and out Crap** , there are **3 -4 songs** right in the first **30 mins** of the movie which bores u to Hell !! There are some** Hilarious** scenes like the one in which Ravi dies and his mother does all **melodrama** in front of **Kali maa ki Murthi** with the 80's background score playin , The Entire theatre **burst out laughin** durin this scene !!

Or the one in the Song "** Lut Jaon** " In which Urmila gives expressions as if shes Suffereing From **Constipation**  ! The movie IS really one of the **Worst movies of the year** !! Infact I Had **high expectationz **from thsi movie Its Dissapoints **BiG Time** !!

*Acting -

*1. Himesh Reshamiya - **He's is sooooo **wooden** , and his dialogue delivery is soo very bad that it seems as if he's **Mugged** up his dialouges and he is Reciting it just to do **favour on the audiences** ! Believe me he was **Far better** even in his Debut Movie **"Aap ka Surroor" **!

1. Urmila -** I wonder what has happened to Urmila , has she really **forgotton how to act** !! I was jus thinkin , Is this the same Urmila Who gave us movies like** "Pyaar tunne kya kya " OR " Kaun" **!! Shes** Dissapointing** and looks **old **in many scenes!! Her expression are so overly done that she **ruins the scenes!!

*3. Shweta Kumar** - She has given a** Decent performance** Considering its her First film but still theres a **lot of scope of Improvment !!

1. Others -** Danny , Himani Shivpuri , Gulshan Grover And Raj Babbar too have **itsy - bitsy role** , but **nothing worth a Mention** !!

*Other Aspects -

Editing - **The Editing of the mvoie is **really bad** !! Infact the movie is **sooo long** and **tiresome** that you cant Resist Sleeping !! There are too many song which Hampers the rate of the movie

*Cinematography -** The only aspect of the mvoie which is **Actually good** !! The movie is shot in **Beautiful loctions**!!

*Music -** The music of the movie is** Fairly good **However too many songs just cant help you but **hate **all the songs which appear!!

*Why to Watch Karz -

*1.Only and Only if u r a** Die - Hard Himesh or a Umila Fan*

1. IF u love **poking fun** on **Himesh** :) there's ample of reason in this movie for u to do so !!

2. If you really want to see how a good plot churned out to be a **Bad Film** !!

Overall Karz is** Pathetic Flick** , go watch the Orignal instead on dvd !!
