It is observed that administrative staff are list intrested in solving employes problems.The emploee has to go several times to search the movements of dues from one place to other.They have to go to VT office several times.the movement of papers are not followed properly.Why they cant start central dispatch with computer.The phone conversion should also be recorded to cross check the genuine problems by PRO.Even cameras should be fitted in offices,so that dean may view the output given by public servants.You are requested to study the case and recomend neccesary improvements in the system.If the served ones are not looked out properly by the clerical staff,then how you expect the hospital is served well.If you visit the clerical office, it is not possible to get your work done at first shot.they want to show that even rihghtful works like hard earned money needs weight.We talk about transperency andRTI.How many people know about this.Is any union helping the employes to have the knowledge of these rules.
