Hello friends,
I am sharing my experiences after using Jiofi router, I brought it from a jio outlet on 1st may, 18. After using only for one and half months it started giving troubles.
Every time after some hours it's automatically getting out of network range. I filed a complain they didn't provide any solution.
On 28th of June the product stops working totally, even it was not getting switched on. I called customer service and they provided me the address of nearest service branch.
After submitting it to the service center they told that the board have been damaged, which will be changed in 4 days. And requested me to come on the 4th day to get it.
After 4 days I visited the center and they told that my product has not been done due to the shortage of materials.
After so many days they called me on last Monday, 9th July and gave it to me. Now its working okay.
so guys think twice before buying, I will not suggest you for this. The price is low but the product is not satisfying.
Do not Buy. Go for other options.
