I am your customer since past few years. Recently, I ordered your Jewellery carnival collection from Sanskrit, (My order no can be found with my id) The jewellery was looking fabulous on your shopping channel, but when it reached to its destination, it was not that good as it was shown. Actually I ordered it as a gift at my relative's address.It became very embarrassing when she returned it to me, showing the extremely bad quality of the product.
The product received is completely different than the product shown on TV. Now it has been more than 48 hours of delivery of product and According to your return policy, I cannot return it. Please tell me what remedy I can find from your end.
This kind of goods should not be shown on your shows. It is bad for your credibility too, as well as customers like me can loose confidence in Jewelsouk.Com, if not provided any remedy.
