Group of bloody traitors. Review on Jet Airways

This is regarding refund of UDF from Jetairways for Delhi to Bangalore flight booked on 7th of Jul and the travel date was 01st Oct. I have been following up with them but these guys are not refunding the amount.

Ticket was actually booked through make my trip. I have talked to them multiple time regarding this but every time I get the same reply the airline has not refunded the amount yet. Whenever we will receive, we will credit it to your account.

Airline replies saying that ticket was booked through travel agent so please contact them. If that is the case, why don't they charge travel agents for any extra luggage or any other assistance.

This is one of the worst airlines, they just want to make money. They don't have any business ethics. After repeated emails and calls, I have not got the refund yet. So guys, be careful if you plan to travel by Jet airways.
