I was travelling from Mumbai to Raipur on jet airways flight.When I landed at Raipur my safety lock was and hard disks, 10000 cash, golden pendant and a book was missing I contacted the jet staff at raipur they said they cannot do anything complain on website. so a complaint was made.
The reply was shocking they say we do not take any responsiblity of your check in baggage.
