Me and my family been flying jet airways for a number of years.I can say that me and my family never had a bad experience in terms services, food, staff .
It is the small touches that makes flights on jet airways memorable .Security checks was passed trough swiftly with no problems.Boarding the flight was fairly relaxed but a little bitnof free for all as it was not done bt seat row number .
I was advised to get onbearlt as all the lockers space can be taken up quickly which I appreciate as this happened. The breakfast was simple but tasty and served very swiftly . Arrival in Mumbai was pretty much on time and bags arrived as expected .
Overall an excellent service.Jet don't offer a premium economy cabin also lack of personal space in seat everything else was good.Overall good staff, clean bathrooms and good entertainment.Would suggest traveling jet for economical prices .The seat in economy had large personal TV .
The seats were very comfortable. Jet airways is always my first choice .Overall I would highly recommend this airline
