When jabong came in market, this use to be the only site from where I use to purchase the things, given the range of product and quality it has changed alot or I should say it has became worse.
Recently purchased a jaket from jabog, seeing the end of season sale it was giving a good discount .apart from that the display of the product was good and it was looking nice.Original cost of product was 2600 and it was selling it in 1100. So I placed the order and paid through my online banking .One thing also bad with jabong is that they charge a large amount fore delivery. Their response time and delivery time was good but when I opened the product I was completely disappointing. the product was totally waste, it was not at ally looking good, color was very unpleasant, jacket looked of very cheap quality .
So I complained at customer service of jabong, but they didn't responded and finlly I am with my cheap quality jacket of 1000 which look like a jacket of 200 .
