Ixigo is cheating customer. Recently I booked a flight in deltas for my mom from Bangaloreto Dallas and cancelled it immediately as connecting flight was different from flight my cousin is travelling as my mom is 73 yrs old and she can’t travel alone. Delta airlines haa 24hrs risk free cancellation policy. However while refundingixigo has deducted INR239 as airlines company job which when checked with delta airlines who claimed that they have not deducted any charges and also deducted convenience fee of INR999. This is a mere cheating from Ixigo.
