I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided for our recent flight booking from Chennai to Bagdogra, PNR # SBZCQH. One of our passengers experienced a health issue, and due to safety concerns, the Air India Express crew did not allow them to board the flight.


Despite reporting this critical situation to your team, we received inadequate support and no resolution. After a prolonged struggle, we managed to contact Air India Express customer support directly and eventually received a rescheduled itinerary.


I am deeply concerned that your team failed to assist us effectively during this challenging situation. This lack of support has caused significant distress and inconvenience. Additionally, I am troubled by the extra ₹651 charged for the booking. The standard fare with Air India Express is ₹12, 288 including tax, yet we paid ₹12, 939 including tax through Ixigo. Despite paying more than the standard fare, we experienced a lack of timely support and a frustrating situation.


I request a thorough review of our case and appropriate action or compensation for the distress and disruption caused. I look forward to your prompt response.
