IRCTC has made the booking process complicated & expensive. Premium Tatkal & premium trains are costlier than Flight tickets. Any booking other than starting station is put under Remote location waiting list, which is not confirmed.
So have to pay the entire fare from beginning station. Modi government is not thinking of common people, these exorbiant rates without any quality service is disappointing. We don't have any option since railways is government owned & they manipulate at their own wish.
