But there were many problems with this website which people faced many times. For example the biggest problem of this website it was too slow. The server load time was the biggest failure of this website. This system had been running for many years.

After few years the IRCTC completely change the website look and it's server load time. Now the website is good, fast and secure. Now anyone can book a ticket within a minute only. If he has a good internet connection speed.

Overall the website is too fast now, but still there are many improvements required as public demand.
