WORST MOBILE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
my mobile(job sheet no.605254106009T001)is still under u and it's been more than 15 days and there has been no response from your company regarding solution to my problem.
how many more days are you going to harass me like this? I bought Intex Cloud 4G Star from Flipkart in Aug 15 but it has been hanging, heating, display going blank many times.
While talking, the call in going on hold. it has been terrible experience.
I have gone to Bhubaneswar service center n got it repaired several times but all problems still remains. worst service by Intex.
The latest Jobsheet no. is 605254106009T001 dated 25 May 16 with problem of mic and PCB change.
Today the service center guy called me to give replacement but to my my shock it was a different model. It was Aqua Star 2, 16GB, which just a 3G phone and that too was cracked and used when I opened in front of the service center. They were mum on seeing it. I returned the replacement mobile and once again suffering without a mobille ohone because of the terrible and worthless service of Intex.
I need a suitable replacement or my money back within 2 days.
