IRDA is to settle dispute but it is seen that cases are closed one sided only without taking complainant view. The star allied insurance gave my wife a health policy.now paying for five yrs regularly, the firm has increased the premium 100% and refusing to give in writing the formulas by which premium increased.
The advisor is from Andheri Mumbai. He stays at a stone's throw from my residence at Thakur Complex. He rang ten times in a year to take premium but not turned once to stop wrong policy issued to inflate premium at latter stage. Irda must take disciplinary action against such Agents.
