Ground staff is absolutely ruthless , they are harassing frequent flyers every time, just to make more bucks !!!


It’s the worst airline I have ever travelled.


Being a North Indian they have passed racist comments on me in their native language, Chennai airport indigo is a sheer waste of money and highly racist ground staff.
