Indigo is, without a doubt, the worst airline I’ve ever dealt with. My recent experience was beyond disappointing. My flight was delayed by 3 hours without any notice, causing huge inconvenience and extra transportation costs.
To top it off, my baggage was severely damaged during transit, and thanks to the delay, I couldn’t even report it at the airport. When I tried to resolve it online the next day, Indigo washed their hands of the issue, hiding behind their policy that requires issues to be reported at the airport.
It’s crystal clear that Indigo doesn’t care about its customers—only about making money. This level of service is appalling.
