I feel this review is:
I booked a flight with Indigo 6E2447 PNR H37HQD for myself, my 2.5 year daughter and my mom. Before web check in itself they automatically alloted separate seats for all three of us. After requesting at check in counter to change the seats they told us to adjust with fellow passengers. The fellow passengers were not at all ready to adjust with us. Because of airlines fault my daughter was continuously crying as she wanted to sit with both of us. We requested air hostess Ms Soni to adjust seats so she alloted us 2 seats together and later after few minutes she came shouting rudely in front of all passengers to change our seats. She doesn't have any etiquettes to talk with passengers. This is our worst ever experience with indigo. You people really need to improve your customer service and train your staff to be polite with your passengers.
