Hi all,
Indigo Airlines is one of the popular airlines but I had a very worst experience! And they charge money from the customers and they don't provide good service. I boarded on Indigo flight 6E-343 from Chennai to Hyderabad on December 8, 2017. As soon as I finished the boarding, I went inside and the pilot was keep on starting the flight for nearly 40 minutes. Actually, the travel time time is 50 times and that is the reason why we booked flight but they made us to wait nearly more than 2 hours to start and they provided another flight to travel at last. One best thing they have done is they provided a snack worth of Rs.100 . But, it was a horrible experience for me and my first time experience was really worst! The staff was behaving good and the seating space was not too good and they are not at all punctual and it's better to stay away from them!
