Their on time performance is great. I had to kill some time in airport because my cousin did not reach to pick up because he expected later. But not too mcuh to complain. leg space is decent, no hot food on plane, but now I am used to it.
Prices have increased a lot.
Baggage reached me late, but apparently I have heard that is the case in Kolkata airport every time. I hope they dont start charging for check in baggage. they are already making so much profit.
