I happened to book a mid-night flight with layover at Bengaluru. At Mumbai they assured connection, with good amount of layover, and looking at the departures and arrivals of concerned flights. By the time first lap flight from Mumbai to Bengaluru reached 2.5 hours late, connecting flight at Bengaluru departed. Customer service at Bengaluru was horrible, without any concern for passengers. Finally with continuous pleading, they adjusted through another itenarary, via Chennai. All my schedules got disrupted with the delays and careless attitude of Indigo.
