I would like to share the big scam these indigo people's did to me actually I chosen to travel in flight due to some medical urgency due to that i reached the location just 40min before but the resource named as nandini who where in 54 counter at that time didn't allowed us to board Nd the reservation team informed us that I will be getting 15000 back to my account but what I got is just 800 out of 30000.please don't travel in this scam based airlines
