We faced very worst experience with IOB bank. Nowadays cyber crime is most common activity everywhere. Please keep all banking personal information confidentially. My dad is having savings account in IOB. Recently we have got a call from spam number saying they are doing some activities from banking side. Within a minute he has hacked account number and taken 9000 rs. We were really helpless. Main thing is we should be careful when somone ask your bank details.
Second thing about this bank security systems. How unknown person is getting banking number information. IOB is very old system even though if somebody is taking amount from your account its benefit for hackers because no there is no more security validations followed in IOB. All banks are having OTP validations as a final check, that is not there in IOB. They must improve their security systems in order to save customers.
