Idea automatically activated a Fortumo game. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

Hi I'm here using idea mobile prepaid number recently in June 2019 I have got a message to my inbox that you have activated Fortumo game and you have been charged 15/-Rs I here wondered how it happened without my interference I even not play any game in that mobile they are only two games

One star shooting is also not activated by me next snake game I didn't know about Fortumo game till now and where it is displayed in my mobile I asked the same thing to idea customer care service executive but she said we understand your pain and said sorry for the trouble but we can't return any money and they started deducting and till my recharged amount reached to below 5/-Rs by idea deducted on 17th June 18 June 20 2019 the 53010 the message is display like this you have been charged 10/-Rs and your total balance is 35 like that in three messages they have collected 30/-Rs before 15/-Rs and 10/-Rs approximately that have deducted 55/-Rs in my Recharged talk time now I am in doubt when ever I recharged for my talk time if they deducted like this I can't use for my talk time I reported the same to Executive and supervisor also but they said we promise and not trouble in future like this after promise on 17th June and it repeated on 18 and 20 th June every alternative day they deducted and it came to below 5/-Rs now at present I am having 1.42ps talk time balance even I can't give now missed call also before even I have .60ps also I have used for missed call

Again I am coming to matter they said your game level have been changed so they're charging it's a very Comedy matter there's no such game in my mobile but idea customer care People are talking like this now I am in great confusion where to approach and how to come out of this problem which I am facing here if any employee or employer of Idea can solve this particular problem which I am facing here if it does for thousands of people in a month then assume what they are earning indirectly in lakhs so beware of Idea mobile operator service charges.
