It’s near to my house so, transfer Rajasthan bank to IDBI bank at Udaipur branch. When first time on January 09 contact IDBI bank to open my current account.
They take my all details and in evening a marketing person was at my door. I too interested to open; given all required documents and cheque of advance amount.
After approx 25-30 days I got courier of IDBI bank where they send us cheque book & account no. then later on 7-10 days received ATM card. From that day only one time meet Karan (Marketing Executive).All right agreed with there security reason.
Entering into bank not mentioned bank relevant title; one employs says go this side, one tell that very confusing. Just they ignore customers. Then to me well ok I have only work to deposits cheques and Atm to use for money.As my work of government departments which told them before open an account.
Cheque all most of time comes from treasury branch; sometime payee to my firm or sometime payee to them with endorsement to my firm.March 13, 2009 deposit a cheque; after two days later got courier from bank due to name differ.Same day went to the bank as usual they refused to talk. Then next day again go through bank one girl employ says to meet Karti Jain she tell you about this.
She not even handle a cheque but also refused they can’t help.Today go to treasury office where they guide me to bring written letter from bank. So, I went bank afternoon and directly consult with manager. I can’t believe that she is very dramatic and unmanned.
She doesn’t even reject but refused my cheque and says our bank can have not considered to any endorsement cheque government also she refused to give in written statement.Thanks to treasury branch to given me a nice support and tell me to write application about IDBI bank refusing endorsement cheque and they manage to give me a cash amount.Finally I decided to closed my account and transfer money to some other bank.
