Great Bank To Have a Savings Account With. Review on IDBI Bank

I am holding an account with the IDBI bank and really happy with their servicing. Apparently I selected it due to the fact that its located nearby to where I stay then I realised the benefits. As IDBI has lesser ATMs u can withdraw cash from other ATMs and the limit is higher than any other banks offer. There toll free customer service isn't very efficient yet the people in customer service are somewhat lethargic I found so and not very much interested in resolving the queries but the time taken by them is less I must say.

Branch visit and servicing are good and the staffs are extremely supportive and courteous. There internet and mobile banking service is also very efficient and fast. Unlike for most banks one has to add beneficiary and wait for hours to do the NEFT remittance its not the same in IDBI the beneficiary is added immediatly and payment can be made although that gets credited after few hours. So anyone who need to do frequent online transactions and withdrawals should opt for this bank account.
