Hi All,
I had purchased car insurance from them, policy number Policy Number: 3001/211840701/00/B00, Premium amount 13242
They had quoted 15000 earlier, I had asked for discount then they had offered me some 1500 discount, and now at the time of claim processing, I came to know, as against offering a discount of 15000 /- they had enabled voluntary deductible of 5000, Means I have to pay additional 5000 to Garage along with the processing charges.
To offer 1500 discount, I have been charged 5000/-
Isn't it a planned and organized loot?
I am not going to pay this voluntary deductible at any cost.
