I have claimed for my vehicle damage with ticket no MOT14755448. However after discussion with peda babu executive from ICICI lombard banjara hills branch hyderabad got to know that i have to get footage of my accident which I don't have. I was really disappointed with the interaction I had with Peda Babu he said why did you buy car if you don't know to drive it seems. His behavior towards to customer is very bad.i agree that he wants to know about incident but the way he spoke to me feels like he doesn't even have minimum common sense.
I want to discuss to next level management about this incident and his behavior.
