Please stay away!!! Please stay away with ICICI bank phone banking officers and the executives who work in the ICICI branches and serve the customers.
There would be hell lot of misscommunication to earn the benefit. They would take the loan amount and ask for the penalty. ICICI believes in Quantity and not Quality.
I had ICICI home loan and had issued citibank pdc's and later when I got calls for the cheks I asked them to take new check of some other bank which was taken by me much before the due date and they use to deposit the earlier pdc and that use to bounce as there was wrong communication from their end and inspite of informing them that they have to credit other banks check they failed to communicate this to their resp dept.
Due to this I was penalized from citibank and also ICICI penalized me for this. I havn't seen such cheap bank. It's a shame on ICICI. No wonder they say 'Boond boond se sagar banta hai" so the bank must be cheating the public following this principal.
Pathetic.
Now when I realized that they are fraud I wonder what will happen if this company goes bankrupt???
