ICICI Bank has the worst customer service & the most pathetic, distasteful customer executives.
My husband has an ICICI credit card which was offered along with his salary account. Every day a man (pest rather) who claims to be a ICICI Bank Credit card customer service executive from Chennai calls up asking to convert the outstanding amount into an EMI. My husband has repeatedly informed him that he is not interested in it & not to keep calling & disturbing.
Over the last weekend he has called up at least 30 times repeatedly in spite of initially telling him politely that we are not interested & not to call again, he is so shameless, uneducated, uncultured & a sadist to call again immediately. He personifies the highest level of uncouthness & succeeds in spoiling any customers day.
