Seeing the glamour and attractive advertisment I reccomended icici products.He was given policy with ecs on first of july by taking two months cheque in advance.EVERYThing was fine till 14-09-06.On 20-09-06 we recived a letter saying that your policy is lapsed due to non payment of premium.On 21-09-06 I contacted smt manjula on toll free.She promised that ecs will be activated within eight days.When I contacted after four days shri rohit came online and told me with same stero type reply that it will take eight days for ecs.Again after two days the same reply was given by another person.THEN after two days I got hot and demanded to speak with supervisor.MR FAROOK came on line and told that that ecs will be activated within twentyfour hours and assured that he will phone me in person. NO phone has been recived from his side.


Simarly I was writting e-mails to customer cell.I experinced the same stero type reply that problem will be solved within five working days.on 6-10-06 I recieved a letter from customer service saying that your ECS facilitywas not collected as the same is currently not availablein your location.


Then I wrote to attnt of shri kamat chairman through speedup complaint e-mail.The lady in charge regreated for the inconvenience and send a man to collect the primium on 16-10-06.THIS has taken place though the customer is icici account holder.


Where were the icici staff sleeping for two months.
