This is in regards to my Credit Card, I am not able to withdraw any amount though my statements states that there is cash limit of Rs.11000/- when checked the phone banking officer it was informed to me that the account has the cash limit of Rs.11000/- but since there is laon on the account the limit is blocked, When I had taken the loan it was told me that both the accounts are sperate and are not related to each other, but now it is informed to me that since it is under one customer id it is clubbed together(without any intimation to the customer).
I was able to withdraw the amount earlier even though the loan was running, then why suddenly it has stopped, I had some emergency hence wanted to withdraw the amount but was unable to do so, just because the of the hidden clauses which are not revealed to the customer at the time of taking the loan or providing him the credit, and very smartly the officer says that have you checked the terms & conditions(which I have never received nor explained to me at any given point of time).
I am very suprised to hear from Mr. Manish Nagpal(customer care officer) that they are not authorised to provide the escalation email ids, they direct the customers to the website. Is this a customer service? I recommend people that do not take loans on your credit card as ICICI had different scripts at the time of providing the loan and another one once you take the laon
