I would like to notify the bank that your customers crucial information is shared to third party companies who in turn are making fraudulent calls stating that I have collected nearly 3500 rewards points and incase I don't redeem them in another 15 days it will get lapsed. What surprises me as to how these guys get such crucial information i.e. Name, address, phone no, PAN details etc so easily to cheat people. My attempt to notify the bank on such calls also was futile. ICICI bank should maintain high security measures so that such companies don't misuse and cheat their customers.
Immediate action is required cause am sure there are many more people who may fall in their trap.
