I booked a Car Hyundai Verna Fluidic 1.4 CRDi Ex from car zone in exchange of my Old Honda City car on 3rd October 2014. I surrendered my Car in 3rd week of Oct.
My Loan was sanctioned in 1st week of Nov and my final payment was made on 8th Nov 2014 which also because of my followup I was told that Car is ready and that after I make the final payment the car will be delivered in 5 working days.
After repeated reminders I was told that Car is ready at the dealer and will be delivered shortly. It was 19th Nov and we really got frustrated and I gave a final reminder and told that if car is not delivered by 21st Nov I will cancel the deal.
Car Zone sent me the car on 20th without registration with a temp number which is given by RTO to take car to the RTO office for passing. I did not know about it I started driving the car as they told me that there is no problem.
I did not receive any accessories as promised, I did not get the insurance policy, I did not get the registration certificate neither the manual. One day my son when he was driving was caught by a traffic cop and was informed that car cannot be driven with temp number.
After that I kept the car in the garage and started follow up every day. the same story was told to me that it will be done. in 1st week of Dec they took the car for one day for passing and informed me that in next week the car will be taken for final registration etc.
The RTO registration money was paid on 22nd Dec and again every day I was promised that the number plate and all accessories and the insurance will be delivered. I waited till evening and next day same story was told. I have still not recd anything and the car is lying in the garage.
My Loan two EMI has already been deducted but still I have not received the car.I was told that today 100% the car will be delivered but its 9 pm nothing has moved.
I called up and wanted to talk to branch manager and was told that he is busy and that he will call later. but on one called.
I am completely pissed of with such pathetic service. Can somebody help me to get my car papers.
I have no clue what to do?!
