The Hyundai Casper is a good car for city driving with its compact form factor and good mileage of about 20 kmpl, but the price point for this car is too high and personally I don't see the justification of this price. If you are looking for a good mileage car you can browse for various other options in the market like Tata, Suzuki, Toyota, Mahindra, etc. There are also a wide range of options in the EV space if one is concerned only about the mileage. The EV cars offer decent amount of space along with the benefits of less money spent per kilometer.
The NCAP crash test ratings of the Hyundai Casper are not yet available, and these type of compact cars have a very big issue of not being structurally strong. If you want to purchase this car then I would suggest to wait till the results are announced. I personally recommend to avoid buying small compact cars which sacrifice safety for the small form factor.
