I bought a brand new HTC Touch 18 days back. Now all of a sudden the thing does not ring.
I called up customer care. The customer care person asked me to take the back up of the device and do a hard reset. This is a general solution to make the HTC work.Now I need to take backup and hard reset whenever such problem comes.
I recently checked for this problem on HTC in other websites. Lot of people are facing similar complaints on HTC. Another common problem is that the device keeps hanging every now and then.
Secondly the customer care is not technically good. They have a common solution to all the problems. Restart. If you are planning to buy HTC touch, I would suggest, wait for the Apple IPhone. Cheaper, Reliable.
And never buy a device with windows OS. It sucks.
