Pathetic Income tax filing service. Review on Hrblock

I tried to use the H&R block service to file the income tax return.They visited our office- (officially invited us through our Admin Dept)., collected the required document.

Later, they sent some documents on the mail. These documents were supposed to be signed by us and handed back to them.There was no official communication when they arrived at our office to collect the signed form.They just communicated on the personal mail.They did not bother to call / sms. I saw the mail ( personal e-mail) after they had already visited our office.They did not bother to call / inform me when they arrived at our office.

I replied to their mail stating that is not the way they should communicate, there should have been a formal communication which we should have received from our HR / Admin. Now they want me to mail these documents at their office so that they can mail these documents to the IT Department. What a waste of time and money.

I could have filed my return online and send these documents directly to the IT department. Also it is advisable to stick to the traditional CAs for filing the return if you find filing IT complicated. Don't waste your time and money with H&R block service to file the income tax return.
