User friendly: HP is one of the good company.This laptop is very good user friendly.The keypad touch is very soft and free to use the mouse.Reliability and satisfaction: HP always good reliable.Especially, this laptop is very satisfied to me.The RAM space is 4gp and 2TB hard disk.So very good using in multitask. so this is main advantage to this laptop.Value for money: I honestly say, this laptop is good value for money because features is good in this laptop compared to other type of laptop.Service and support: Customer service and support is very good.If u have any fault or complaint about this laptop go the service centre they can definetely response.
