Author of the Book in Mr. Dale Carnegie, He use to conduct public speaking sessions in early nineties, Well from his personal experience and through his sessions, he learnt many things it is regarding the Psychology of the people around you.... As the title of the book says "How to win friends and influence people" the very first question you should ask to yourself is "Is is necessary to win your friends and people around you?" If your answer is " YES " then you really need this book. This book contain certain technique and principles which you must follow when you interact with others.


Following are some fundamental techniques to handle people,




  1. Don’t criticize, condemn or complain.




  2. Give honest and sincere appreciation.




  3. Arouse in the other person an eager want. Well this is this is just a glimpse, to get most of it you should read this book and should try to apply it in your life.
