Booked thru MMT.
I saw big spacious rooms on the website but got a pathetically small room.
No covid protocols being followed here.
The larger part of the hotel, which they call ''''non-Oyo/MMT Rooms'''' is housing the drivers and conductors of the ST and other contract guests, who are using the same lifts, corridors,etc.
The food is super expensive.
For breakfast (for which I paid almost 500 more on MMT), I was given just 2 slices of bread and butter. When I questioned the staff boy, he said that this is all what is served for breakfast.
The bathroom was unclean but new.
On website it was mentioned that the rooms are about 180sft in size.
The room I got was hardly 80-90 sft.
Completely cramped.
The manager at the desk was smart.
He said that before you check in, please see the room. He said that if I don''''t like the room I can choose not to check in.
When I spoke to the Oyo rooms person, they refused refund but suggested to book elsewhere newly. After I checked out of that place I would get the refund.
Until then my expenses are doubled.
When I called MMT, they offered a voucher for 1000 to be used in future bookings.
Peanuts for the almonds spent.
Not at all worth the money I paid.
